Staying Faithful

Believing God for your mate can sometimes be a challenge, like seeing the unsaved engaged in all sorts of behavior that is not pleasing to God. It can make a person angry if you let it especially if they end up married before you enjoying the blessings of God when they don't even acknowledge Him.

Yeah, it rains on the just and the unjust but sometimes it can seem that the believer endures the storm more than others. It can be explained because of the works of the enemy always trying to defeat God's people and stop the Will of God from manifesting in the earth; so, we see more attacks than the person already in satan's clutches.

However, the Bible says, in Gal 6:9, And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.  I have learned that if you will stay faithful to God in your time of testing, God will stay faithful to you. God will defend you, protect you and be at your side when others try and shame you for your position of faith.

So let them talk. Let them laugh. Let them make their fun at your expense. You stay in forgiveness and know God is watching. God is watching and sees how they are treating you. And while they are laughing, they are setting themselves up to see you prosper and themselves stumble. And when God gets your revenge because you stood for Him, they will remember how they treated you and be ashamed.

So stay in step with God and let Him work. Let Him perform. Let Him get the glory that is His alone. †
